Micromodule Pte Ltd was established in 1995 by a group of professionals from the semiconductor packaging and information technology industries. The manufacturing operation is located in Singapore and serves customers in the Asia Pacific Region, Europe and the Americas.

Micromodule specializes in multi-chip smartcard module packaging for high-end custom designs. Micromodule also manufactures the conventional single-chip modules and also delivers finished cards.

Micromodule has several manufacturing lines with die attach, wire bonding, encapsulation (glob-top), embedding and testing machines. The plant can supply smartcards or modules using different die and tape (single or double sided) circuitry designs as requested by customers.
